Its hot and you work a lot

I like my job but there is such a large number of cons that I think it would scare anyone away from working at KFC. The only thing that is important enough to really list is if you have things in your life that are more important than your minimum wage job you may want to consider a different job. My managers punish employees who request days off no matter what the reason for the request or how long the notice was. They actually sometimes treat people who call off better than people who request off. Which would probably explain why we have so many call offs, they also rehire 95% of people who quit by bringing in their uniform during the first day of the week that they are scheduled to work and tell us "I'm quitting good luck getting people to work when I'm scheduled this week" and that happens a lot at my KFC
