Pros

I worked for Mondrian London, part of Morgans for 2 years -Great working environment, fun and close bonded team -Team was chosen so that everyone can click with each other -Good food at the staff canteen -Good pay -Approachable and friendly higher management team -Company events (team nights out, Christmas lunch)

Cons

-Too much workload -The restaurant was badly run and that affected the service we could offer

Ian Schrager legacy and history. Good bar scene even though they treat employees mean if we try to go in after work

Horrible upper management at hotel and corporate office Not trustworthy No concern for employees Does not give us any support Does not pay well

Pros

It was fun and easy. the staff and other mid level managers were young. The nightlife scene was very cool

Cons

There is no true leadership with Morgans. They are small and want to be better then their competitors but do not have the skills or knowledge to rise on top.
