Pros

Most of the people are great & company dinners are lavish and awesome.

Cons

Extremely uncompetitive pay for the amount of work expected of you and the cost of living for the area. Slightly above normal turn over rate for employees. Some of the higherups have random mood swings and unprofessionally take it out on anyone around them.

Pros

Competitive salary Hybrid style working environment (so far) Free healthcare and decent benefits package

Cons

Current Executive Management is very traditionally Japanese, this does not work well with American employees. The differing styles of how business is expected to be conducted creates a very toxic work environment. You're expected to stay in your lane and the company's bottom line is the only thing that matters. Business relationships aren't important. It's a boys club, woman aren't treated respectfully and ultimately there isn't upward growth if you are a female. Because they pay you decently well, it seems to be expected that you do as you're told no matter what. EXTREMELY HIGH turnover rate. Please be weary when applying for a job here.
