Pros

In past years there was a vision of expansion to new markets to bring Noni to the world. There were also some fun events and some really great people. Can't say any of that is still there (a few of the people), but these are hallmarks of this business' past.

Cons

No vision other than survive. The company is basically run by a single accountant and all of the founder's that used to actually be involved in and add life to the business have disappeared (i.e. forced out). It really feels like an old 90's fad.

Pros

Free juices and products. Free gym membership. Friendly coworkers (but not in Accounting)

Cons

Unpleasant work environment Hard work not being appreciated at all. Poor & Trashy management in the Accounting Department (not all, but half of them are). They do not know how to treat people with manner; in another words, they have no manner. They LOVE micromanagement and have NO respect to their employees. Selfish, useless & helpless leadership who only cares to make themselves look good and do not know how to lead but to blame.

Pros

Great, hard working employees. Friendly atmosphere. Free product every month -- some of it pretty decent. There used to be a gym, but I think that's gone after the company moved buildings and downsized. It was an awesome place to work a decade ago, but they have only floundered and shrunk since then.

Cons

Top-down decision making. Little-to-no trust in ideas from the ground floor. Very little openness to real, necessary change. Getting promoted can difficult -- hard work and experience isn't enough. If you want to move up... kiss up, or get out. New product launches are never well thought-out or executed, resulting in chaotic, haphazard marketing and sales. The company president was recently forced out by the other 4 founders. Clearly they are not the strong, united leaders they used to be.
