Anderson Indiana plant is paid considerably more for the same positions, such as Automation, Quality, etc. If you support at Anderson, you have to the work of 4 others plus your own job because they have zero drive or ability to do anything on their own. Anderson Engineers in certain support departments are given the title Engineer with a nice paycheck salary but are unable to do the work of a basic Tech. Long term people have left at a high rate in the last year for this reason as well as being dumped on to do more work for no more pay when department support people are cut to barebones! We are
all very sick of it. Benefits are horrible. It gets more expensive every year and less and less is covered. Too many managers, not enough actual bodies to do the work that needs done. If you ask for a raise, you are told to go on down the road and find another job if you aren't happy.
