Pros

None!! I worked in the Brixton brand and the only Pro was working around such a multi cultural diverse place

Cons

Where do I start. This store is honestly where retail staff go to end their careers as it's certainly not a progressive store. Firstly their systems, software and stock management is non existent. Everything is done manually meaning every Monday morning aside from your normal paperwork and duties you have to count your ENTIRE stock and put in orders for replenishment. Store management are poorly trained in HR, there are no rules in the way management can treat staff and you are often told when to go on lunch despite being management of your own counter!! Many of the team have been there for years and years and honestly their old fashioned way of doing things can be seen as bullying.
