Interesting content, Free pizza on Thursdays.

Cons

No training, style sheets conflicting and confusing, virtually no interaction with other employees except through Instant messaging. Workload and volume so high unable to meet demands and take a lunch break. Everybody eats lunch over keyboards. Sink or swim atmosphere, design to burn employees out and discard.

In our current economic climate, it's a job. The pay is decent for an entry level position. Looks good on paper.

Cons

Management is awful. No morale. Boring work. Company seems to be run haphazardly, can't possibly see any growth potential here.
