Pros
Great company to work for if you are a older white conservative male. They will take great care of you and you'll probably enjoy working here. Anyone else should avoid... Pay and benefits are very good.
Cons
Extremely sexist company to work for. Just take a look at the turnover rates for women, and ask any woman here how they are treated. It's like a time warp back to the 1950s. Female engineers get assigned mundane admin work and are overlooked for promotion opportunities. Leadership is poor; you'll advance here if you've been with the company a long time and are part of the good old boys club, not because you have any leadership skills. You are likely to get very little or no training, no one knows who they report to. It's the most dysfunctional company I've seen in 20 years. Systems are outdated, and no one seems to want to focus on inefficiencies and try to improve them. They waste thousands of dollars a year wasting time and resources; very frustrating if you want to avoid busy work.
