It's decent entry level work if you like being active but it runs it's course on your body

Pros

Good shift patterns if you're a morning person which allows you to have the majority of the day free from afternoon. Good 15% discount on groceries. Good colleagues to work around

Cons

The senior management can assign goals which are unachievable but expected. There is a constant decrease in the support and especially equipment given to employees. And there seems to be a culture where decisions made at the top makes life for those doing the work on the shop floor more tedious, just to meet corporate objectives. It's like a lot of entry level supermarket work. But based on my experience, other than those on the ground with you, the business often seems disconnected with the needs of the workforce
