      Beautiful building and good health benefits

      Cons

      They overwork you, non appreciative of anything you put in and they do NOT compensate you for working extra hours. Management staff is not supportive and will throw you under the bus.

      Great team but some drawbacks

      Pros

      The management team is stable and very interested in growing their team. They have positive attitudes and promote education and learning. The company is growing rapidly with lots of room to move up and make a change. The campus is also gorgeous.

      Cons

      Morselife? It’s actually no life. The leadership team does not promote a work life balance. As part of the leadership team you are expected to work 24/7 and that includes weekends! If you need time off you get the 3rd degree which is frustrating. If you value your kids and Home life don’t take a job in leadership here you will never get to see them.
