      Pros

      Nice peers, smart and motivated. The company struggles to keep them though.

      Cons

      Salaries of scientific personnel are below market value. Incompetent HR manager and team. According to Glassdoor, the only fair salary seems to be hers. Overtime is norm. Communication to employees from CEO/HR always feels like a pep talk with no substantial consideration of employees' concerns. Unrealistic goals and timelines pushing everyone to burnout.

      Lack of professional working culture, people appear late usually on meetings, your work responsibilities could be wider than your job role description, Overtime/Overworking is quite normal
