Pros

Benefits were pretty good, salary was average and the designs showed upward progress. The location is fairly easy to get to. Could be a great place to work.

Cons

Terrible Management. The owners "Telema Holdings" out of Italy need to flush the entire upper management crew and start over, including the President and Vice President. They keep making the same mistakes over and over. What is the definition of insanity? Phone line customer service is terribly slow and inaccurate which deters future sales. Repairs cost more than a new unit so return customers are hard to find. I can't imagine this place being open any more than 2 more years unless a new management team is brought in.

Pros

There are no PROS at Mosebach Manufacturing. The company is an abomination and should have closed down several years ago. Huge mistake accepting a position there but I parlayed my short lived experience into a six figure opportunity elsewhere. I guess you could say it was a blessing in disguise... I had to endure the hell that is Mosebach Manufacturing to reach the career promised land.

Cons

Mosebach Manufacturing is the worst company in America. The quintessential failing American manufacturing organization. Insurmountable debt, grossly incompetent management and abhorrent facilities are just the beginning in explaining why no human being should ever work there. Medical benefits decline from year to year and complacent union workforce demands make their products noncompetitive. Please don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews posted. They are propaganda from HR trying to make the company look appealing. Everyone is miserable being there. The purchasing department utilizes antiquated software and order management and has no concept of the need to generate new business and how to support the sales staff in their pursuits of calculating competitive costing for accurate quoting. The engineering staff has begrudgingly worked there for years and is waiting for the right moment to leave. The company's only saving grace is welfare in the form of a contract with the US Army. They will be lucky to be in business by 2022. That is, if they do not have another flood before then.
