Design quality is inconsistent if that matters to you, cheesy “family” culture that feels inauthentic, there are some people in managerial roles who should not be, while talented smart people sit in roles beneath them without opportunities to advance

Great pay and incredible benefits! Opportunities for bonuses, profit sharing, and overtime.

Cons

The role is fast paced and demanding. Deadlines must be met so prepare to work until it is finished even if that is nights or weekends. You will be paid for your time though, so it is just part of the job.
