Pros
It’s a good place to get your foot in the door for 135. Awesome knowledge captains to fly with. The Nextant 400XTI is a good first jet to learn. You’ll get to fly into some cool spots and a lot of larger airports.
Cons
Pay is definitely behind industry standards… majority of pilots have left / are leaving due to lack of pay and poor work rules. Company / owner preaches a one team environment but fails to actually show this to employees and pilot corp. A stepping stone to get to your career goal, not a long term solution. Planes show their age and break down consistently on the road.
