      Good pay, but micromanagement and poor training issues

      Good pay when in season and meeting new people

      Cons

      - Supervisors and Managers micromanage you every second of the day - When rain is in the forecast, they still want you to treat the properties before/after rain - Management needs to learn how to read and use weather sites/apps for weather events; not just guess when the rain starts or stops - They don't let technicians make decisions for weather events, all controlled by the office only - Lack of proper training on how to apply treatments, got one day of training and thrown to the wolves

      Everything. Managers micromanage, that’s the only thing they seem to care about other than the money you bring in. Over loading staff and treatments during thunderstorms with products that state DO NOT SPRAY IN RAIN. They don’t care about the environment or you at the end of the day. There is no going anywhere on the ladder even after promising year after year.
