Pros

- Several manufacture name plates to work under - Popular manufacture name plates - Locations within the Inland Empire - Productive non-monotonous work schedule - Large lot - Fairly expansive selection of models - High amount of Pre-owned inventory available for resale - Many walks of life sharing a collectively good work experience - Service and parts depts. are open 7 days a week, 8-4 - Fairly effective and fair up system for retail sales - Large BDC dept with decent/good pay opportunities - Effective CRM for keeping contacts of prospects - Decent amount of hours for closed floor weekdays, open floor weekends - Good starting point for auto sales using a closer

Cons

- Six month wait time on benefits package (Health, dental, optical, 401K offered) - Minimum training offered, extended training offered too but many hurdles/dept heads to get through the system - 1/4 deals made, internet can/will take a 1/2 a deal leaving you and a TO with a 1/4 deal - $80 mini's on New car deals - 25% on used cars, however management and finance will hack at and rewrite deals never paying out much - Overly efficient at micro-managing and policing heavy political correctness only to have everyone from management on down have secret coded words that mean the same as the original unpolitical correct words, hypocrisy at its best - Poor thought process on assuming what customers do and don't want in vehicle selections - Pre-owned inventory way over booked, often boldly above "known" MSRP with 28-40K on the odometers - Advertises off street having many vehicles under $5k, Doesn't exist - Falsely lead you into thinking you can have a weekend off, volume is so slow during the week that to have any hope of catching a deal at all your forced into working every weekend even if off just to manage hourly pay. - Internet and retail sales teams too competitive and often work against each other - T/O lot, yet most fellow employees refuse to accept T/O's based on not being an easy lay down deal - CRM prospects often dead leads whom are buried in their trades or Desk wants to earn all the gross and the prospect is TFA (too far apart) - Ad lead cars, Flats, and windshield deals almost impossible to get through the desk because they don't want to sell any loser deals, even get a unit out on a slow month
