Moss used to be a nice place to work. Had great co-workers and was trusted with projects and schedules until the newer management came in.

Cons

Newer "Senior" leaders micro-manage and delays projects which affects the customers.

Most of the office staff is very friendly and kind hearted people. The designers there are very knowledge with customers.

Cons

The turn over is very high most people only last a year. So many side project they have you working on that it's hard to do your actual job.

There is a very apparent hierarchy in the structure of this company which makes several positions key to its operation feel greatly over worked and under valued.
