Pros

Regular pay with benefits package. Some people fun to work with. Employees can move in and refuse to work without fear of consequence.

Cons

Management ranges from abusive to complicit. HR manager has control issues and pushes her personal agenda throughout the company. Ownership is hyper focused on profit margins and regularly chooses quantity over quality - with product and staff. This is not a company for anyone with talent or ambition.

Pros

Other than getting paid MINIMALLY and gaining a couple life-long friends, there are no pros. This place is a prison to work in and the executives hold the keys to the cuffs that chain you to your desk

Cons

No room for upward growth, hire staff that are not equipped with the training to do their job and end up getting fired - revolving door, favoritism, over-worked and under-payed (I covered for 3 jobs at one point, no compensation), management is hands off until there is an error, then they won't let you forget that you are human and can make small mistakes. Minimal holidays off (don't count on Martin Luther King Jr. Day or Presidents' Days, which are both federal holidays)

Pros

Can't think of a damn thing except I get paid every 2 weeks.

Cons

Owners are terrible. It's the only thing they have done their entire lives and they do not listen to anyone. They surround themselves with yes-men.
