I worked for Motion Global/Smartbuyglasses for six and a half years and dedicated myself to the company, knowing everything inside out and supervising many agents. Unfortunately, my loyalty and hard work were never valued by the upper management. Additionally, there was no real salary increase despite my many years of service. The KPIs set for me were deliberately unachievable, while other managers or Filipino employees were favored with easily reachable KPIs. Motion Global/Smartbuyglasses fails to recognize and value the dedication of long-term employees and allows unprofessional behavior from management to go unchecked. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a respectful and supportive work environment.
