      Pros

      Opportunity for a lot of exciting and meaningful work. Amazing colleagues.

      Cons

      The CEO is unprofessional, abusive, and out of touch with reality. She has big ideas but very little practical sense and zero compassion. She leads with fear, favoritism, and volatility. Everyone is there to serve her constantly changing personal interests and feed her ego. On top of that, benefits are abysmal.

      Great for your first job out of college, but if you stay longer they start to take advantage and stop paying you what your are worth.

      Cons

      CEO is demanding, says she cares about employees however is a lie.
