Pros
WFH with a lot of ownership over your schedule depending on your function. Benefits are good though closer to industry standard in 2024. Really talented and kind people.
Cons
A lot of talent has left for better opportunities. Low raises on uncompetitive base pay with no pathways for career progression. The excellent benefits and equity grants that used to make up for the lack of competitive pay have been cut or weakened. Work initiatives are disorganized with priorities set by the parent company. No clear path to accomplishing business goals.

Decent culture, nice people and variety of benefits.
Cons
Little room for professional or salary growth. Purse strings of company controlled by the quirky whims of the founder. Generous leave means many people abuse the system.
