Excellent Working Conditions (Outside of Lack of Upward Mobility)

Visionary, fair department chair (social sciences and education), terrific student body, caring environment, most faculty are truly interested in the growth and development of each individual student.

Cons

The adjunct situation is insane, Loaded with up to four classes, still considered an adjunct.
