      Pros

      Solid leadership. Laid back environment. Business was doing OK in the powersports industry.

      Cons

      Filled with MAGA bros and lazy, dense people. So much Trump glazing and right-wing brain-rot infested into the day to day culture. Shocking to see how blatant it is while they go on thinking they're the normal ones mocking anyhting that isn't their version of guns, freedom and 'merica.

      working at Motosport was great. Great discounts, benefits and PTO. Coworkers were easy going and helpful.

      Cons

      owned by a sinking parent company backcountry.com that is controlling all the decisions for motosport. Below average pay, no room for growth. lack of leadership in management.
