None, other than some of the other staff were a good laugh

Cons

Management was insanely bad, endless unpaid overtime.

Pros

The hours are quite good and pay is not too bad.

Cons

This company does not care about their employees. Training is based on favouritism rather than ability and skill. Workload is never spread evenly. Managers expect you to do another teams work and then get on your back when your own work is not done. They do not cater for childcare at all and expect you to prioritise work over childcare. The company is all very badly organised and I would advise against working there.

Office location in city centre Lots of overtime if you want it

Almost non-existent training, do not know how this company won awards for training and has gold IIP accreditation Expected to deal with things you aren't trained to do Insufficient staff to deal with the volume of work meaning that we were constantly falling behind and unable to cope Clear favourites in the office / call centre Lazy, childish and attention seeking colleagues Team leaders and managers that don't have a clue
