Pros

Induction is the best part. Sell you the dream

Cons

Once your in the company senior management squeeze you for everything; Salary reduces every year, Management has a bully culture, Support and training is not given, you are expected to know everything even though they will tell you that you will get trained. You be blamed for everything even if not at fault. You have to constantly watch your back. No appreciation for Over-Achievers or Over-Performers. Your reward is how can we take this away from you and make you feel worthless

Pros

There's one or two nice people there but they will no doubt soon be asked to leave

Cons

Do not care about people at all. The HR team have no empathy and do not care about people at all. head of people and culture is mean and doesn't care about people or culture and the whole team is the same. People are made to work themselves to the bone with salaries being cut and jobs being taken while the leadership team sit in their tower and the front line staff cant even afford food.

Pros

Years ago, absolute dream place to work. Really enjoyed a 7am wake up call to go and see all your mates for the day, was really fun, pay was decent

Cons

People been made managers who are no where near the quality that need to be running a business Pay was “increased” whilst making bonus targets impossible to hit, and also making the amount you can get as a bonus lower, so over all pay was lower Terrible decision making from slt to open more sites, ending in people being made redundant and sites potentially closing down They have core values, all of which were adhered to for years, except the last 2 years. Lack of honesty from managers left staff feeling kept in the dark about changes
