Honestly can't think of any.

Cons

Incredibly high staff turnover due to their incapacity to care for you. Senior Management appear to have not worked at the lower ranks of the industry and therefore lack understanding of the real workings behind each department. No opportunity to further career, they prefer to hire from the outside for some bizarre reason.

Motus has a really diverse workforce who are helpful and welcoming. Great training opportunities. Every day is different. Many avenues of support available for staff. Staff benefits.
