      Pros

      Working with Students can be rewarding. Make your own hours when possible Some flexibility in work from home.

      Cons

      Management will pile tasks until burnout and then blame staff. Have had numerous conversations around how it's not worth putting in extra effort to be a better facility. Upper-management will lie blatantly to employees faces to try and save face. Students aren't prepared well for next steps after discharge.
