      Pros

      The clients are all wonderful, but don't be fooled Management has their favorites so just do your job and you will be fine.

      Cons

      Some of the clients are really heavy, some of them even poop more than 2 an hour, just be ready to hold your breath.

      Pros

      The clients are amazing, absolutely wonderful. It's the most rewarding postion you will ever have to work with these people. They are so full of life and love.

      Cons

      The pay is awful. And you have people who have never been nurses trying to tell you how to be a nurse.

      Pros

      The staff seems to care about their clients. I notice how the clients appreciate them for the little things for sure!

      Cons

      Some staff is very unprofessional. I was surprised they were hired because looking at their appearance, some look absolutely unprofessional. Some staff are very under-trained and will not do the client programs. Sometimes they just stand there like "huh?" and almost want to be hand held. Also, management, in my opinion, is unprofessional. They do not get back to you at all for anything and they act as if you don't exist.
