This includes an on-site interview, so that an individual has an opportunity to get a bird's eye view of what the day-to-day would be like. In the Event Marketing Assistant ad to which you responded to, some of the details in the ad include 'As a progressive company in the sales and marketing industry' and 'by providing personalized sales and marketing services to some of the largest retailers in the world'. With that in mind, we will make sure to touch base on the sales aspect in a little bit more detail during the initial interview.
