Business outlook
Pros
Family feeling. Small community. Easy to know everyone you work with. On site cafeteria is nice to have. Shaded outdoor eating areas for lunch or taking a quick break with a beautiful view of lake .
Cons
Hard when the census is low and you get sent home often. On call for small amount of money. Not having CNA's to help with ADL's puts more burden on nursing staff. Not always a bad thing if census is low, then you have time to help but difficult if you already have a full patient load.
