Pros
I have worked for Mountjoy for 15 months now, and cant praise the company enough. The support and training is excellent with a real team spirt throughout the company. The company has a family feel to it, which make it a great environment to work in. If i do need any support/ advice then HR have been excellent and very approachable and have resolved issues very quickly. The company is very agile and always looking for ways to improve.

Pros
Supportive colleagues and Human Resources. I was part of a really good team. Fair treatment and good pay.
Cons
Nothing much to say, maybe better heating but that's a personal preference, I get cold easily.
