Pros
Before this year I believed this was the company to be at. The work was interesting and we had great impact on business. People were great.
Cons
Things have changed a lot and like other reviews have said, it isn't getting better. I don't believe we needed all this change. Very disappointed in how things played out. Felt lied to. Mainly, I think tech leadership is very inexperienced and does not know how to navigate uncertainty with grace. Lot of stress for no reason. Systems have issues all the time.
