Gets to work with big tech giants from all around the world. Really fexible with working hours and remote works. Silent office space
Cons
No information flow between management and employee No trace for personal development Average salary Takes time for changes you asked for Empolyer is mostly silent, you need to manually ask for any changes/promotion if u want to. Nobody is tracing you No future goals of the company

* Flexible working hours * Average salary * A good place for your first real job * In many cases gives you opportunity to do many different things * Reasonable IT support infrastructure

* Absolutely no way of doing any career development * IT company that is ran by sales organization; engineers are worth nothing.
