Very good work-life balance, cash reach mother company making it quite secure work environment despite loss making, solid remuneration package

Poor holiday and additional benefits package, lack of challenge at work and small perspectives for internal promotion, loosers attitude due to poor financial results, very controling mother company, lack of inter department cooperation

Cons

Progression is a joke, 10 years now and you only get promoted if u got ur nose is all the way up the managers backsides. Seen it myself. Consultants come and hire all the morons that brown nose them. Express your feelings and you ignored. Company's been in debt by millions for years. Low level employees are not important. Hard work and experience means nothing here... Trust me.
