I try my best to create a really collaborative environment. Weekly team lunches to talk and play games, and a weekly team meeting so everyone is on the same page. I ask that everyone keeps an open door policy, and we have a flat leadership style. We’re growing extremely fast, and we have a really amazing team behind us. Everyone gets to wear multiple hats and see all angles of everything, and we stay disruptive that way.
Cons
We’re growing extremely fast, so if being adaptable is not your strength it will be challenging. Also fully distributed initially so it’s not in-office type collaboration, but we’re getting offices soon and super excited for that!
