Pay is definitely on the lower side, especially for employees who’ve been with the company for a while. It sometimes feels like new hires get more attention, higher pay, and better perks, while long-term employees end up with more work and stress instead of recognition. The upper leadership team also feels a bit disconnected from what employees are actually dealing with day to day. I really do love this company, but I’d love to see more appreciation and investment in the people who’ve helped it grow.
