      Pros

      Good benefits, old company, they have established procedures for everything.

      Cons

      Incredibly rigid and inflexible, inexperienced management and a lot of micromanaging. Do not try to stick out, stay in your lane unless explicitly told to do otherwise. You will be reprimanded for trying to broaden your knowledge. Nobody dares making decisions as all control is centralized abroad. No autonomy.
