Low pay The promotion process is not transparent. Industry-record-setting terrible onboarding, offboarding, and helpdesk support experience throughout my journey there. Required updates to the laptops always take many back and forths until they become functional. Video conference equipment were left broken with no known plan of replacement for ages. Many work stations are broken state for long time by the time I left and I don't see any plan on getting them repaired/fixed. Oh did I mention about the production release process? I know it is industry standard. But.. I have been to many startups and larger company; the one here is the biggest joke ever. The person in charge of that clearly has no common sense nor any technical knowledge. I am very curious how was the person selected for a role that is clearly not a good fit.
