Steer clear if you’re based in Australia. The turnover here has been incredibly high over the past year, and it’s not hard to see why. Pay is below industry standards, benefits are non existent, and there’s little to no opportunity for career growth. Securing a budget for even the smallest initiatives is an uphill battle. The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly, frustration is widespread, and morale is at an all time low. The leadership team is entirely focused on the US and Canada, so don’t expect any of this to improve for AU.
