Pros

There are no pros to working in this pyramid scheme, unless you like working at grocery stores with your college degree. Run for the hills, it's a trap.

Cons

They lie about how the company is structured. They'll have you come in for meetings on your days off. Meeting is a loose term, it's somewhere between a cult experience and a pep rally. They will show you how you can be a marketing manager and make six figures in six months...which is BS. I was supposedly hired by the "CEO" , but the second day there they told me her boss was coming in. Well there is no board, so who is in charge of the CEO? Answer: usually nobody, because the CEO is the top before the board assuming they have one. After several red flags I dug deeper. This company has been under several names over the last couple of decades, I will let you decide what that means, and they have nothing but bad reviews nationwide. If you are an ex-con, this is the job for you, because they will hire anybody.

Pros

I was fresh out of college when I started here at Moxie and was blown away by the opportunity I was given to advance into management within only a few months. Everyone that works at Moxie Marketing is extremely nice and tries to help out in anyway possible. This company has endless amount of opportunity and feels anyone with a great student mentality is an asset to the business. The president of the company is very understanding of a work-life balance and tries to ensure that the workload is not overwhelming. It was so refreshing to see a president of a company treat everyone as an equal and not create a sense of superiority. I loved every moment of my time at Moxie and would recommend the business to anyone who wants to learn a lot, advance and make lots of money! Good opportunity for a change of career, entry-level or the desire to make over $50,000 without years of trying to advance into higher management.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any negatives about the company. Moxie is definitely not meant for someone who wants to stay stuck in a position without growth or responsibility. The position does require the ability to pick up on ideals quickly and apply them into the everyday work life.

Pros

I was a recent college graduate with little to no experience and Moxie opened the management door for me within only four months of joining the company. Everyone at the company was extremely friendly and welcoming. I couldn't say more positive things about this amazing organization. Many people presume it's a door-to-door marketing firm...it's NOT! It's an event based marketing firm that specialize in the planning, staffing and execution of events for high-end clients. I LOVED working with this company and suggest it to anyone with a desire to work in management. The only reason I left was due to my relocation to Utah with my husband.

Cons

I honestly have no negatives. This company propelled me in the right direction for a successful future. The CEO is such a great person and I learned so much about how to run a business from her.
