      Pros

      Lots of great company benefits including an employee day where they rent out boondocks for the whole company. They also have pay raises when the company is doing good and have profit sharing when there is a good year.

      Cons

      Going through structure changes and there is a lot of unknowns and undefined roles that are being worked out.

      -Tuition Reimbursement -Frequent gatherings either for depts or for the company -See the CEO/COO often -Diverse

      Cons

      -Taken away flexibility of needing to leave for unexpected issues, no ability to have unpaid time off -Sometimes don't give annual raise -Will neglect some departments in favor of others -Extremely hard to move up in the company
