Decent salary, amazing staff of attorneys, and very fun culture. The people there are people you want to be around. There was truly no one I disliked.

No real bonus structure, hard to get any type of training or even feedback on work, and growth was wholly on you as a younger associate. The firm didn't appear to value training.
