Pros

As a current employee I’ve seen Mozn at top and currently at worst, they sure has pros but it’s few and I’ll list them now. 1- VIP medical insurance. 2- Food and snack on weekly basis. 3- kinda good office location and good setup. 4- great tea boy and very helpful. 5- few good & smart colleagues. That’s it! I could not find anything else.

Cons

Let’s talk about the fun part ! Where do I start??? From the very toxic culture or bad leadership without a clue! 1- very very toxic culture and environment: this is supported my management. 2- Bias towards certain employees that control everything. 3- promises equal lies : they promise and they can’t deliver. 4- No work from home . 5- No coaching or career development. Wrong ppl are getting promoted, the few favorites that c level loves. 6- weak products that can’t be developed due to engineers play cards 24/7 and you can’t complain. 7- most of the teams are immature and love back stabbing. It’s a trend there ! 8- the new structure came and destroyed everything, they brought a VP and he always tries to act like he knows how to do Product Manager stuff ! 9- bad vision for leadership: they have absolutely no idea how to run a company. 10- I am dealing with one of the worst engineers in my 10 years career: they only play cards and do not work to solve product issues. 11- bad communication across the place. 12- less pay compared to market. 13- high turn over. Ppl come and see the clowns show and leave. 14- bias toward ppl who has American accent. 15- it’s a place for ppl who want to join and get pay without any development, no work load as the company already a sinking ship and nobody cares as long as the pay on time. 16- I am as everyone on other teams like sales and HR and marketing are searching and waiting to leave. Matter of time only. 17- literally clowns and circus Show. Bias and toxicity is the values here.

Pros

The strength of the technical teams is very high! The engineers are encouraged to follow best practices, work together and deliver high-secure products. Company and the business is very strong.

Cons

- Poor HR experience - Claims reimbursements take time - Some poorly performing engineers are not removed - A lot of bloat and extra hiring in the non-engineering side

Pros

The work environment is generally positive, and the people you work with are genuinely nice and supportive. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues, which makes day-to-day work more enjoyable. Teams are collaborative, and there’s always someone willing to help or share knowledge when needed.

Cons

There was a time when leadership felt approachable and supportive, especially when I first joined. It truly felt like they cared about people, listened to ideas, and fostered a collaborative environment. But after spending couple of years here, it became clear that priorities shifted, and so did management’s involvement. The growing distance between leadership and employees started to affect morale and overall engagement. Now, it feels like we’re just cogs in a machine. Management rarely engages with the team, and decisions are made without consulting those who are closest to the work. Despite being onsite and handling the day-to-day, our voices go unheard, while leadership only shows up at the client side once every few months. The disconnect is frustrating and demotivating. What’s even more concerning is the leadership structure itself. Many of the hired directors offer little to no real input or strategic value. There’s a clear lack of connection to the work or the business needs, and their presence often feels more political than purposeful. Some come off as two-faced presenting one image to upper management while acting very differently with the teams. It’s disheartening to see the company move in this direction
