      Good Carrer Growth for a Semi-Government Comapny

      Pros

      Comapny has a grading system base on your job title/position. Has 100% medical and dental coverage worldwide. Provides your family up to 4 children of medical/dental insurance, travel tickets (2 way), 100% school tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Does not have a good carrer plan for all expatriates, it depends on your management. Position promotions are a little bit skeptical and need to have a specific category for staff reviews.

      Huge company with lots of challenges for professional growth

      Cons

      There is no job security and top management does not respect the rights of employees, anyone can be easily terminated. They don't promote based on meritocracy but whether you have good relations with top management
