Too many to list. TOXIC work environment, they do not want to pay employees even average going rates. Management is a joke, some employees are so rude and out there they should not have a job but management overlooks that. They will make you do 4 people's jobs and not even pay you for one. The training is also a joke. B&K is a division of Mueller and they really need some structure. I believe like 20 people have walked out in the past 4 months, I was told it once was a good company, now I advise everyone to run away. I am a positive person and I had to pray each day before going in bc that place drains your soul. I got a better job and gave notice, so of course I was used until the last moment.

Too many to list. Poor HR practices, and internal communications. incentive bonus plans highly skewed so that senior management always over achieve their targets but targets so unrealistic for divisional employees that that they can't achieve decent bonuses. Bully tactics from top down.
