Very low pay, no longer growth potential if outside inner circle, no benefits, neglected properties, only bandaids issues or ignores them, doesn’t value the few amazing employees they have/had, no diversity.

Low pay and not much help from upper management. Policies and practices are very behind times! They expect you to do a lot with no budget and no support. Everything is all about dollar and cents. Never about keeping residents. Everything you do is pretty much on your own. Some properties are great, some not so much. High turnover, yes some people are just bad apples. However, some just genuinely hate going to work for that company everyday.
