      Overtime You can get along with other employees

      Cons

      60 hours a week for crap pay NO PTO besides 40 hours a year for vacation NO Sick days Need to take a day off and they will treat it like the end of the world They will punish you if you talk about your pay which is illegal Hard back breaking work for less than $20/hr
