Wonderful Agents, Owner Very Difficult

Pros

Enjoyable work, great people. Locations are good and agents do a great job. Very supportive team and fun to work with.

Cons

Owner is a controlling, condescending, narcissistic know it all. He is never wrong, which is easy when he never lets anyone get a word in edgewise. Not to mention anger issues. Makes environment very tense.

Nothing about this place is good to you or your mental conditions.

Cons

No health insurance, dramatic toxic environment. Office tension from husband and wife Owners in same work space. Management FIGHTS with Owners in front of and with in ear range of lower level employees.
