Pros
I’ve been at Mugafi for a while now, and what stands out most is how much ownership and creative freedom you get here. It’s not one of those companies where ideas get lost in layers of approvals, if you have something valuable, founder listen and act on it.
The team is small but super passionate, and there’s always something exciting happening, new projects, collaborations, events like Writ-a-thon, etc. Leadership is approachable, HR is proactive, and even though things can get hectic sometimes, you always know you’re building something meaningful.
Mugafi genuinely values people who take initiative and think differently.

Things move fast, can be intense at times, but worth it for the learning.
