Supportive and collaborative colleagues within the team. Exposure to large-scale projects and operational processes.

Leadership within the division was harsh, unsupportive, and at times demeaning. Yelling and poor treatment were used instead of guidance or mentorship. The division’s culture lacked nurturing, empathy, and accountability, contributing to high turnover (4 people in this role in 2025 alone). Corporate management largely condoned this behavior, which allowed the toxic environment to persist.
